PRÉSENTATION

Intégralement composé par John Barry, From Russia With Love monte d'un cran en flamboyance et surpasse tout ce qui se faisait à l'époque en termes d'inventivité. Il suffit d'écouter le morceau "007" qui sera de nombreuses fois revisité par la suite, pour s'en convaincre. La chanson-titre est interprété par Matt Munro, qui a longtemps travaillé avec Michel Legrand. Il est accompagné par l'orchestre de John Barry, présent sur l'ensemble du disque.
